abstract | Radially oriented pipe manufacturing process consisting of a series of stages, such as inserting a preform into a mold, fixing the preform, hot water circulation inside and outside the preform, injection of pressurized water inside of the preform, expelling the external water to the preform by means of micropores that the mold has connected to a hot water drain channels, the subsequent cooling is carried out by means of water circulating through a cooling jacket for about 10 minutes , removal of the internal water by means of pressurized air, open the mold, cut the ends, flare and restrain the flared end and bevel the other end, highlighting the fact of expanding the mold by means of pressurized water, while cooling is carried out by pressurized air, and making a final flare that gives it dimensional stability over time. |
