titleOfInvention | DEVICE FOR FILLING POROUS SEALANTS IN AIR TIRES |
abstract | The introduction of liquid Porösitätsdichtmitteln in pneumatic tires has been accomplished with the help of pumps, the overcoming of the back pressure of the air filling either high-pressure pumps required, or the tire had to be emptied. However, the applicability for the private vehicle sector is severely limited. The subject invention relates to the use of pressure vessels, similar large spray cans (1), which are due to the filling conditions [ratio of liquid (7) to propellant gas (6) and pressure] in a position to overcome the back pressure in the pneumatic tire and liquid aids via a valve connection (4) in sufficient quantity in pneumatic tires (Figure 1). In this way, it is also possible for the private and non-technical user, by means of a simple device to be operated, to use even a porosity sealant, e.g. for the edge imperfections in aluminum rims. |
