titleOfInvention Energy-saving magnetic lock
abstract An energy-saving magnetic lock comprises an electromagnet (1) fixed relative to a doorframe and an extending iron plate (2) installed on a door sheet through a screw (21). An inserting slot (12) which opens on a suction surface of the electromagnet and extends towards the bottom surface of the electromagnet is arranged on the electromagnet, a trigger rod (11) is inserted into the inserting slot, a sensor (13) is installed at the tail end of the inserting slot, and the length of the trigger rod (11) is equal to the distance between the inserting slot opening and the sensor (13). A component which enables the trigger rod to move towards the inserting slot opening for a predetermined distance when the pressing force exerted on the trigger rod is smaller than a predetermined value is arranged between the trigger rod and the inserting slot. A screw cap (211) of the screw abuts against a rod head of the trigger rod when the electromagnet and the extending iron plate are attracted. A first elastic part (23) and a second elastic part (24) are arranged between the extending iron plate and the screw cap (211) and between the extending iron plate and the door sheet respectively. The electromagnet and the sensor are respectively connected with a circuit control board (15). The magnetic lock not only saves energy but also has an alarm function, and the safety of the magnetic lock is also improved.
