titleOfInvention | Polarizing lens for spectacles |
abstract | This polarized lens for spectacles having a polarizing element laminated on a lens base material is configured such that NIR-photosensitive dyes are included in the lens base material or in a coating integrally formed on the polarized lens for the spectacles, the polarizing element having: average transmittance of 30% or greater at wavelengths of 400 to 760 nm in the visible range; light permeability of 0 to 2% at wavelengths of 410 to 700 nm in the near infrared range under the condition that two polarizing elements are laminated and arranged with the polarization axes thereof being orthogonal to each other; and light permeability of 0 to 2% at wavelengths of 700 to 800 nm in the near infrared range under the condition that two polarized lenses for the spectacles are laminated and arranged with the polarization axes thereof being orthogonal to each other. |
