titleOfInvention Construction method of strong karst water-rich urban shallow-buried tunnel cantilever boring machine
abstract The present invention discloses a construction method of a strong karst water-rich urban shallow-buried tunnel cantilever boring machine, comprising the steps of: measuring and 5 locating an excavated tunnel surface and using an advanced geological forecasting system to carry out geological survey; excavating the rock mass using a cantilever boring machine and cutting teeth thereabove; loading with an excavator behind the boring machine, transporting the slag stones to a silo hopper using a transporter or a belt conveyor, and then raising the slag stones to the ground through a hopper, when the slag stones accumulate to a certain amount; 0 retracting the boring machine to the position at a distance behind the tunnel surface after the tunnel surface completes an excavation cycle, and then constructing an anchor rod, and erecting a steel truss; carrying out initial lining construction of shotcrete, and closing the excavated rock surface; and carrying out secondary lining concrete pouring construction, and forming a forming tunnel. The beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows: the excavation is 5 carried out in a manner of peeling off rock strata layer by layer using the cantilever boring machine, which has less impact on the surroundings, improves the construction safety and quality, improves the construction efficiency and reduces the construction cost simultaneously.
