abstract | The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of functional oils, and particularly nrelates to a method for preparing functional oils rich in phytosterol esters and diglycerides. nThe preparation method includes the following steps: subjecting a phytosterol and an edible noil to a transesterification reaction in the presence of a catalyst, followed by separation and npurification, where the catalyst is 4-C-i8 alkyl benzene sulfonic acid. Through the optimal nselection of a catalyst, the method for preparing functional oils rich in phytosterol esters and ndiglycerides improves the catalytic specificity of the transesterification reaction, and nefficiently obtains functional oils with high content of phytosterol esters and diglycerides. nAccording to the method, no organic solvent needs to be added during the reaction, with nexcellent environmental friendliness in production, simple process, low production cost, and nimportant application value and commercial development potential. |
