The invention relates to novel substituted diamine derivatives of the formula wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, X1, X2, X3, X4, A, Y and n have the meanings given in the description, to pharmaceutical compositions containing them, and to intermediates used for their production. The compounds are motilin receptor antagonists useful for the treatment of conditions and disorders such as gastrointestinal reflux disorders, nutrition disorders leading to obesity, and irritable bowel syndrome. |
