A STRUCTURED LAMINATED ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING IT |
abstract |
The item and the method of obtaining it are intended for construction and shipbuilding for the production of bulk carriers. The design is easy to operate, reducing the risk of cracking in the vessel. The element comprises a first metal layer (34) comprising a first inner and a first outer surface, a second metal layer (36) with a second inner and a second outer surface, the layer (36) being spaced apart from the layer (34) and the intermediate layer (38) filling the distance between the first (34) and the second (36) layers. The intermediate layer (38) is made of hardened plastic material poured into the formed space between the layers (34) and (36) and adhered thereto so as to maintain the work loads. Layer (38) has a tensile strength of 20 to 55 MPa. |
