abstract The milk food additive in the form of chewing or sucking tablets contains from 30 to 60 wt. % lactic acid product. It includes wholesome or skimmed milk fermented with selected strains of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus and containing viable lactic acid microorganisms over 1,000,000/1 g product, pectine and from 1.5 to 3.5 wt. % vitamin complex selected from vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin E, vitamins B1, B2, B12, niacin, calcium pantoneonate, folic acid, each one in a quantity within the pharmacological boundaries, optionally also mineral salts, as well as auxiliary substances such as calcium phosphate, aspargine, citric acid, dextrose, aromatizers. The product is suitable for organisms, for example, of older people who have reduced ability of assimilating natural milk. It is recommended to be included in the diet in cases of grave allergic and toxicoallergic diseases, in postoperative convalescence, for the normalization of intestinal peristalsis, in kidney, liver and goal bladder diseases, in need for immunostimulation effect and prophylactics of working in a contaminated environment, in mental and physical fatigue, as well for sportsmen and sportswomen. 1 claim
