abstract "CONTROL SYSTEM, AND, PROCESS TO CONTROL THE PROVISION OF WATER CONDITIONED TO A PLURALITY OF HEAT EXCHANGERS". A system for controlling the delivery of heated or cooled water to a plurality of heat exchangers includes a system controller that collects current information and future heating and cooling demands from a plurality of zone controllers associated with a plurality of heat exchangers. The system controller is operational to provide chilled or heated water for heat exchangers although current demands for heating or cooling may not be sufficient to request the provision of heated or cooled water for heat exchangers. The system controller performs this by analyzing current demands for heating or cooling in combination with future demands for heating or cooling to determine if there is any combination of current and future heating or cooling demands that exceed a minimum level or number of demands that exceed the number or minimum level of demands needed to authorizeheating or cooling. A start time for the provision of heated or cooled water is then determined by the system controller if there is any combination of current and future heating or cooling demands that exceed the minimum level or number of demands necessary to authorize a heating or cooling. The system controller is also operational to implement a change between the sending of conditioned water in one direction, such as, for example, cooling. The implemented change includes, preferably, checking the water temperature returning to the heating source and water cooling source, as well as defining a period of change that must occur if the water temperature in the return line is not within a preset track.
