IMMUNOGENIC COMPOSITION, USE THEREOF AND METHOD FOR MAKING SUCH COMPOSITION The present disclosure provides compositions and methods useful for the treatment of influenza. As described herein, the compositions and methods provided are based on the development of certain compositions that include an influenza virus hemagglutinin antigen in combination with lipid vesicles that include a non-ionic surfactant (NISVs) and, optionally, an adjuvant. In certain embodiments, the provided compositions remain potent even when they are not stored in a standardized cold chain system (ie, are thermostable). |
