abstract “cosmetic use, process for the preparation of mips, molecular impression polymer, cosmetic composition and cosmetic process” the present invention deals with the use of molecular impression polymer(s) or mips, of odoriferous molecule(s), as deodorant agent in particular to selectively retain molecules that are the cause of human body odor. more particularly, using the mips obtainable through a sol-gel polymerization; it should be understood that a polymerization is carried out in the presence v) of one or more "matrixes" of target molecule responsible for human body odor. another object of the present invention deals with a process for preparing the mips as defined above, which mips are obtained through this process, and with a cosmetic composition comprising at least one mip as defined above. unexpectedly, it was found that mips specifically allows to retain precursors of odoriferous molecules and odoriferous molecules that can be used in cosmetic formulations, especially those that are the cause of the unpleasant odor of perspiration. |
