abstract |
The invention relates to a film production method for producing a thermally deformable plastic film having at least a two-color design, comprising the following steps: extruding a first plastic to form a molten plastic melt and dispensing the first plastic melt plastic flat in a first thickness by means of an extruder nozzle/slotted nozzle; applying a second dispersible and/or fluid-free plastic of flat defined shape in a defined pattern design with a pattern template in the plastic melt consisting of the first plastic, and calendering/thickness sizing of the plastic melt and simultaneously at least partially pressing the second plastic flat applied in the pattern design on the first plastic by means of a calendering set, melt quenching to form a solid plastic film. The invention further relates to a film production assembly for producing a thermally deformable plastic film having at least a two-color design, and a thermally deformable plastic film having at least a two-color design. |
