titleOfInvention | polyamide based antistatic multilayer pipe for fluid transfer |
abstract | <B> POLYAMIDE-BASED ANTI-STATIC MULTILAYER PIPING FOR FLUID TRANSFER <D> The present invention relates to a multilayer pipe, successively comprising in its radial direction from the outside to the inside: an outer layer (1) in polyamide 11 or 12, a binder layer, an eventual layer of EVOH, an optional layer in PA 6 or in a mixture of PA 6 and polyolefin with PA 6 matrix and dispersed phase polyolefin, an internal layer based on PA 6 in contact with the transported fluid. According to the invention, the inner layer comprises by weight, the total being 100%: 40 to 65% PA 6, 0 to 20% HDPE, 10 to 30% of at least one P1 polymer chosen from the shock modifiers and polyethylenes, at least one from HDPE and P1 being functionalized nototally or in part, 5 to 30% of an electroconductive material. The piping of the present invention is not very permeable to gasoline, particularly to hydrocarbons and their additives, in particular alcohols such as methanol and ethanol or ethers such as MIBE or ETBE. These pipelines are also well maintained for motor fuels and lubricating oils. This pipe has very good mechanical properties at low or high temperature. The invention also refers to the use of these pipes for the transportation of gasoline. |
