abstract |
PLANT HAVING GROWTH CAPACITY AND RESISTANCE TO PERFECT DISEASES AND METHOD FOR THEIR PRODUCTION. A transgenic plant is known to be enhanced in its growth capacity and disease resistance. Also described is a method for producing the transgenic plant. It is found that a transgenic plant having DNA encoding a glutathione-binding plastid-like fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase introduced therein is improved in growth capacity and disease resistance compared to one of wild type. |
