shot blasting method |
abstract |
Shot blasting method The object of the present invention is to provide a method for shot blasting whereby a residual compression stress that is greater than any obtained by the conventional method can be achieved when the thickness of the processed material that is scraped is suppressed. The method is characterized in that the firing materials are fired against the processed material having a hardness of 750 hv or more, which is calculated from equations (1) to (3) below. The firing materials have a vickers hardness that is greater than the hardness of the processed material at 50hv to 250 hv. The thickness of the processed material to be scraped is suppressed to 5 µm or less. hv (m) = {f (c) -f {t, t)} (1-yr / 100) + 400xyr / 100equation (1) f (e) = - 6 6 o c2 + 13 7 3 e + 2 7 equation (2) f (t, t) = 0.05t (logt + 17) -318 equation (3) where e means the content of c (carbon) d in a surface layer that is obtained by carburization (% in mass), the quench temperature (k), the retention time for quench (h), and yr the amount of residual austenite (vol%). |
