METHOD, AND APPLIANCE. An instrumented tester of exemplary training for injecting liquids and monitoring fluids described here includes a downhole tool, which can be installed in a well via an electrical cable or a drill string. The downhole tool can facilitate the injection of fluids in an underground formation, and the monitoring of directions, in which the injected fluids flow into the formation in an open pit environment. In particular, the downhole tool can be configured to remove the mud cake from a portion of the well wall, to facilitate fluid communication with the formation to be tested. |
