abstract steel sheet cooling equipment, production equipment and hot rolled steel sheet production method. the present invention relates, in a hot-rolled steel plate production line, to a steel plate cooling equipment that is excellent at discharging water without impeding the movement of the steel plate (passing plate) ; and a production equipment and method of producing a hot-rolled steel sheet. the steel plate cooling equipment 20 is arranged on a bottom process side of an end chair 11g on a line 11 of hot-rolled rolling mills, and comprises a plurality of hot-cooling nozzles, and comprises a plurality of cooling nozzles 21c, 22c arranged in a manner capable of cooling a steel sheet 1 being transformed into conveyor cylinders 12, where the cooling nozzles are arranged on an upper surface side and a lower surface side of an area in which the steel plate passes, in a way capable of spraying cooling water over the area; a bottom 40 foot guide arranged on the side of the bottom surface; the lower surface guide comprises: inlet holes 42 through which the cooling water sprayed by the cooling nozzles on the lower surface passes; and outlet holes 43 through which the cooling water passes, falling in the downward direction to be discharged; and the penetration holes and the exit holes are arranged alternately in the direction of the steel sheet movement.
