Superconducting ceramic structure |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a superconducting ceramic structure consisting of a superconducting ceramic substrate whose surface carries a film plasma-polymerized from a silazane bond-containing organosilicon compound. This structure is characterized by the absence of deterioration in its superconducting properties even upon contact with water or water vapor, and thus by the long-term retention of its superconducting properties. |
