ABSTRACT BENZODIAZEPINE DERIVATIVES, COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING THEM AND THEIR USE IN THERAPY Compounds of formula (I), and salts and prodrugs thereof (I) wherein: R1 is H, certain optionally substituted C1-6alkyl, or C3-7cyclocalkyl; R2 represents a group wherein X is O, S or NR8 where R3 is H or C1-4alkyl; R3 is C1-6alkyl, halo or NR6R7; R4 is C1-7alkyl, C3-7cycloalkyl, C4-7cycloalkylalkyl or optionally substituted aryl; n is O, 1, 2 or 3; are CCK and/or gastrin receptor antagonists. They and compositions thereof are useful in therapy. |
