abstract An agent having an immunimodulating effect and reducing disturbed functioning of the tissue cell propagation regulating system consists of an active substance which is mercury dichloride or potassium arsenite or sodium arsenite, in a quantity of 0.05 to 1.5 wt. % and a diluent to make up 100 wt. %. The diluent used in the said agent preferably contains grape white wine with a sugar content of 3-4 wt. % or milk whey with a sugar content of 3-4 wt. %.
