| abstract | The invention relates to an applicator for a liquid or semi-liquid product on a surface, said applicator being of substantially longitudinal shape, comprising a central core (10) defining a porous structure so as to allow loading by internal capillarity of said applicator; and a flock coating (11) disposed all around the central core (10), over at least part of its length, so as to ensure loading by external capillarity of the applicator, characterized in that the central core ( 10) consists of a fibrous structure whose fibers which compose it are oriented substantially along the axis X of the applicator while the flock coating (11) consists of fibers oriented substantially perpendicular to the axis of the applicator. The invention also relates to an application assembly using an applicator according to the invention. Application to cosmetic products. |
