The invention relates to new compounds corresponding to formula (I). (see formula I) where n is 0 or 1; R1, R2, R3 and R4 represent hydrogen or group alkyl, or else R1 and R3 form with the carbon atoms which carry them a group cycloalkyl and, in this case, R2 and R4 each represents an atom hydrogen; R5 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or cycloalkyl group, cycloalkylalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, heterocycloalkyl or heteracycloalkylalkyl, all optionally substituted, or a group -CO-R6; R6 represents a group R7, OR7 or NR7R8, in which R7 represents an aryl group, arylalkyl, heteroaryl or heteroarylalkyl, heterocycloalkyl or heterocycloalkylalkyl all optionally substituted, and R8 represents an alkyl or aryl group, arylalkyl, heteroaryl or heteroarylalkyl, all optionally substituted; or, R5 and R6 form with the nitrogen atom and the group Z which carry them a mono, bi group or tricyclic saturated, partially unsaturated or unsaturated, from 5 to 16 links, containing from 1 to 7 heteroatoms and optionally substituted; R10 represents a hydrogen atom or one hydroxy group, and in the latter case R1, R2, R3 and R4 represent independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; Z represents a grouping -CO-or one -SO2- group; Y represents a hydroxy, alkoxy, alkenyloxy group, benzyloxy or an NH-OR group in which R represents a hydrogen atom or a group alkyl, alkenyl or benzyl; X represents a sulfur or an SO or SO2 group and in these cases R3 and R4 are different from an alkyl group, or else a group -COO- and in this case R1 and R3 together form a cycloalkyl group, or else X represents a oxygen atom; W represents a group of formula W1- (A) p or W1-B-W2-(A) p, in which W1 and W2 represent an aryl or heteroaryl group, A is a substituent of the aromatic ring, B represents a bond, an oxygen atom or one alkylene alkenylene or alkynylene group, and p is an integer between 0 and 5; T1 and T2 represent a bond or an alkylene, alkenylene or alkynylene. The compounds according to the invention are useful as inhibitors of metalloproteases of the matrix extracellular. |
