| abstract |
A plasma torch comprises an interchangeable cartridge (100) composed of only six parts: an electrolytic copper anode nozzle 1; an electrolytic copper cathode support 2; a doped tungsten cathode 3; a plastic cathode center diffuser 4; a plastic assembler 5; of a ceramic insert 6. These parts are assembled to the press and the assembly of the parts constitutes volumes 71, 72, 73 constituting the cooling circuit of the anode as well as conduits (127 44) of gas inlet plasma. The fluid inlets and outlets are provided by a connecting and holding structure provided for a simple mounting of the cartridge (100). |
