A laminar pigment which has an aluminum- or an aluminum-cerium oxide coating combined with a hydrolyzed silane coupling agent treated surface is used as a pigment for a powder coating composition. By combining the pigment with a powdery film-forming polymer, a film- forming composition which can be appli ed by electrostatic coating is produced. |
