abstract Methods and apparatus are provided for use in conjunction with subterranean well operations. In a described embodiment, the apparatus comprises a tubular member having a radially reduced portion formed thereon. A scaling material is externally disposed on the radially reduced portion. A grip member is also externally disposed on the radially reduced portion.
