The present invention provides multiple-promoter expression cassettes for expressing at least 3 RNAi species for targeting and thereby inhibiting Hepatitis C Virus nucleic acid targets expressed in a cell. The expression cassette contains at least 3 promoter/RNAi/terminator components, where the promoter and terminator are operably linked to a sequence encoding an RNAi species. |
