This system comprises a first thermo-pyrolysis column (C1.1), comprising a first thermal base (BT) from which combustible gases (200) are produced; a nozzle (30) for introducing these combustible gases into a second reduction column of instantaneous combustion and rapid reduction (C2) and ignite by oxygen injection, this second reducing column (C2) having a second thermal base (BT ') provided for carrying out a scrubbing of flue gases and molecular cracking; and a chute (42) to introduce waste in this second column (C2).
