abstract The present invention relates to a novel dual-hybrid system and its uses. This system notably provides a tool enabling the detection of the interruption of a protein-protein interaction. The developed system uses transcription interference as a mechanism for detecting a dissociation of protein pairs in interaction. The double-hybrid system developed can be applied to the screening of molecules for detection of molecules dissociating a protein-protein interaction as well as identification of deficient alleles at the level of protein interaction involved in protein-protein interactions.
