The invention relates to a compound of formula I (see formula I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate, salt or stereoisomer thereof, in which R and R' are A, OA, Hal, NO2 or COOA, R1 and R1' are H, A, F, CI, NH2, OH, CN or COOA, R1" is H or NH2, R2 and R2' are H, Hal, A, OH, OA, CN, NO2, NR4R4', CH2NR4R4., O(CH2)m NR4R4', O(CH2)m OR4, NH(CH2)m NR4R4', O(C=O)(CH2)m NR4R4', NH(C=O)(CH2)m NR4R4', CH2O(CH2)m NR4R4', CH2OR4, (CH2)m COOR4, OSO2A, OHet, O(CH2)m CONR4R4', O(CH2)m Ar, O(CH2)m CH(OH)(CH2)m OH or OSO2NR4R4', or R2 and R2' together are -CH=CH-CH=CH-, R2" is H, A, Hal, OH or OA, R3 and R3' are H, A, Hal, NO2 or COOA, R4 and R4' are H or A, A is C1-6alkyl in which 1-5 H atoms may be replaced by F, Het is tetrahydrofuranyl, tetrahydropyranyl, dioxolanyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl, morpholinyl or piperazinyl, each of which may also be monosubstituted by =O, Ar is phenyl, Hal is F, CI, Br or I, m is 1, 2 or 3, n is 0, 1 or 2.
