The invention provides carboxamide compounds of Formula (1) more precisely (S)-4-(1-acryloylpiperidin-3-y1)-1H-indole-7-carboxamide, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, pro-drugs, biologically active metabolites, stereoisomers and isomers thereof wherein the variable are defined herein.
