Provided herein are toll like receptor modulator compounds, including compounds of general Formula (IV), as well as corresponding pharmaceutical compositions. (see formula IV) The compounds described herein, among other things, modulate toll-like receptors (e.g. TLR-8), and can be used for the treatment or prevention of viral infections such as a hepatitis B viral infection and an HIV viral infection. Methods for manufacturing of the compounds are also provided. |
