titleOfInvention | Facing element |
abstract | The facing element for house facades is not only suitable for aesthetic requirements, but advantageously influences heat exchange between the interior and exterior sides of the building wall and thus the energy consumption required for heating and cooling a building. The element contains part-surfaces (18', 18'', 18''') which reflect the strong insolation in the summer, and thus prevent a high degree of heat being conducted into the building, and part-surfaces (19', 19'', 19''') which largely absorb the weak insolation in the winter, and thus promote the conductivity of heat into the building during the winter. In a preferred embodiment of the facing element according to the invention, the reflecting part-surfaces are coated with an infrared-active layer which prevents radiation, in particular in the wave range in which atmospheric reflection is very low, this preventing heat losses, in particular during winter nights. <IMAGE> |
