The novel compounds of the general formulae I and XIII, and their salts, are suitable for alleviating or curing angiotensin-induced hypertension. These compounds are prepared by appropriately N-acylating a compound of the formula III. The symbols used in the formulae are defined in the claims. The compounds of the formula I, in which R4 is a hydrogen atom, can be oxidised to the corresponding disulphides. <IMAGE> |
