| abstract | The dispensing device has a housing (10) having a storage space (12) for storing a multiplicity of paper rolls, in particular toilet rolls, and having a dispensing opening (46) which is connected thereto and from which paper, unwound from a roll (14), can be pulled out. Furthermore, there is provided in the housing (10) a guide device (50) which is connected to the dispensing opening (46). An initial piece (56) of each paper roll is to be adjustably introduced into this guide device, in the guide direction of the rolls. When one paper roll (14), located in a holding device, has been used up, the next of the stored paper rolls (14) passes into the holding device, the initial piece (56) of which being automatically fed to the dispensing opening (46) by the guide device (50) and being capable of being grasped from the outside for the purpose of unwinding the paper roll (14) to be used up next. <IMAGE> |
