abstract It is presented an optimized foam images 1 for foaming a foam water concentrate, which consists of a curved grid with diamond-shaped openings 13 and webs 11 with sharp edges. The structure of the foam image 1 enhances foaming and ensures a uniform distribution of the foam over a large area. Existing water sprinklers with nozzle 3 and spray plate 2 can be provided with the foam images 1 and so easily converted to foam sprinklers. In this case, the foam images 1 is arranged such that the foam images 1 protrudes in the direction of the nozzle 3 above the spray plate 2.
