A PROCEDURE FOR THE CONTINUOUS EXTRACTION OF METALS FROM SULFURED MINERALS CONTAINING THEM, WITH OR WITHOUT ASSOCIATED IRON, CHARACTERIZED BY DIRECT REDUCTION OF METAL OR METALS TO BE REMOVED, WITH REGENERATION AND RECYCLING OF FIER REDUCING AGENT CARBONATE OF SODIUM FROM THE ESCORIES AND THE LIQUID AND GASEOUS EFFLUENTS DERIVED FROM THE PROCESSES INVOLVED, WHERE THE REFERRED PROCEDURE PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING STAGES: EXTRACTION OF METALS IN THE FOUNDRY OVEN; SELECTIVE DISSOLUTION WITH WATER OF THE SODIUM SULFON COMPONENT IN IA ESCORIA AND WASTE FILTERING; REGENERATION OF SODIUM CARBONATE IN THE REACTOR OF SOLUTIONS FOR RECYCLING; ELIMINATION OF SULFHYDRIC GAS AND OBTAINING SULFUR, THROUGH THE RECOVERY AND CONDUCT OF THE GASEOUS EFFLUENT TO A SOLID / GAS REACTOR: SINTERIZATION OF THE FERROUS OXIDE, THROUGH THE PREVIOUS AGLOMERATION AND POST-CONTROLLED HEATING GENERATION OF CARBON MONOXIDE AND HYDROGEN REDUCING GASES IN THE COMBUSTION OVEN; AND REGENERATION OF THE IRON REDUCING AGENT FOR RECYCLING THROUGH THE REDUCTION OF THE METAL REFERENCE CONTAINED IN THE FERROUS OXIDE.
|
