titleOfInvention Production method of compound zippered bag
abstract The invention provides a production method of a compound zippered bag which has high intensity and is durable, comprising the following steps: polyethylene, polypropylene and opening agents are mixedaccording to the proportion that the polyethylene: polypropylene : opening agents is 75:50:0.02 by weight parts, and the mixture is blowing-formed into a PPE membrane by a blow molding machine, and the PPE membrane carries out static shock before being rolled; non-woven fabrics with 20-40g/m<2> of gram weight and a PE membrane are compounded to prepare the compound non-woven fabrics by a dry-typecompound machine; after the PPE membrane is broken, and then is compounded with the compounded non-woven fabrics, the surface by static shock backs on the compounded non-woven fabrics, the compoundednon-woven fabrics and the PPE membrane carry out roller ending treatment by a roller ending machine, a layer of printing ink is printed on the surface of the PPE membrane which carry out static shockby a color press, and the printing ink is obtained by uniformly mixing the printing ink, isopropyl alcohol and dimethylbenzene with the proportion of 5.8:2.2:1.5 by weight parts, and then the bag is formed after trimming treatment, and a zipper head is arranged at the opening position, so as to obtain the compound zippered bag.
