abstract | The invention discloses a solar-assisted biomass fermentation device and a solar-assisted biomass fermentation method. The solar-assisted biomass fermentation device comprises elements such as a temperature sensor, a water inlet pipe, a thermal collector circulating pump, a hot water storage tank, an electric heating ring, a switch, an evacuated tube solar thermal collector, an angle demodulator, a solar storage battery and the like, wherein the hot water storage tank is connected with the evacuated tube solar thermal collector; the electric heating ring is arranged inside the hot water storage tank and is connected with the solar storage battery through a first conducting wire and the switch; the evacuated tube solar thermal collector produces the energy and transmits the energy to the solar storage battery through a battery connection board; the angle demodulator is positioned at the lower end of the battery connection board; the thermal collector circulating pump is arranged on the water inlet pipe; one end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the hot water storage tank and the other end of the water inlet pipe is connected with a water outlet pipe through a spiral radiating pipe; and the thermal collector circulating pump is connected with the temperature sensor through a second conducting wire. By the device and the method, the fermentation of biogas in highland areas where the solar radiation is strong and the temperature difference between day and night is high can be realized, and the yield of the biogas is improved. |
