abstract | The invention discloses a system for preparing low-carbon olefins by CO2 hydrogenation, which comprises a product separating unit, wherein the inlet of the product separating unit is connected with the outlet of a synthetic reaction unit; the inlet of the synthetic reaction unit is connected with a CO2 gas purification unit and an H2 gas purification unit; the H2 gas purification unit comprises an ammonia washing tower, the lower inlet of the ammonia washing tower is communicated with purge gas, and the upper inlet is communicated with softened water; the top of the ammonia washing tower is connected with a first preheater through a condenser and a gas-liquid separator; the first preheater is connected to an H2 gas inlet of the synthetic reaction unit through a tandem two-stage membrane separator; the CO2 gas purification unit comprises an absorption tower, the lower inlet is communicated with a gas storage tank for storing flue gas, and the upper inlet is communicated with monoethanolamine; the lower outlet of the absorption tower is connected with a barren/pregnant solution heat exchanger through a pregnant solution pump, and the upper outlet of the absorption tower is connected with the barren/pregnant solution heat exchanger through a barren solution pump and a cooler; the barren/pregnant solution heat exchanger is connected with the inlet of a regeneration tower; and the top outlet of the regeneration tower is connected to a CO2 gas inlet of the synthetic reaction unit. |
