abstract The invention provides a preparation method of a promoter for producing ceramide and/or glucosylceramide, wherein debaryomyces microbes are cultured in a culture medium containing bean dregs and saccharides, and the promoter for producing ceramide and/or glucosylceramide is obtained from the supernatant. According to the preparation method of the invention, special microbes are used, and bean dregs which are by products in food processing industry are used as a main raw material of the culture medium; therefore the promoter for producing ceramide and/or glucosylceramide is obtained with low cost and high efficiency.
