The preparation method includes steps: firstly, evenly mixing astragali radix, rhizoma anemarrhenae, raw Chinese yaw, raw endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, the root of kudzu vine, the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine and radices trichosanthis; secondly, decocting the prepared medicinal materials by three times; and thirdly, treating decoction into clear plaster by concentration and centrifugal methods, and finally lyophilizing the clear plaster by the lyophilization technology so as to obtain the Yuye decoction lyophilized orally administrated preparation. The preparation method has the advantages that firstly, the preparation is extracted by water and is prepared by the aid of concentration, centrifugal and lyophilizing process, is convenient in carrying, rapid to dissolve and easy to be absorbed; secondly, three times of decoction are realized, effective components of the preparation are kept, and stability of the medicine is guaranteed; and thirdly, contents of the astragulus mongholicus and glucoside are adopted as monitored indexes, and stability of the preparation is ensured. The preparation method is mainly used for preparing the Yuye decoction lyophilized orally administrated preparation. |
