titleOfInvention Arrangement method of carbide blades on well drilling inside cutter bit and cutter bit
abstract The invention discloses an arrangement method of carbide blades on a welling drilling inside cutter bit and the cutter bit. The method comprises the following steps of: surfacing a layer of tungsten carbide particle surfacing welding body (2) on a front cutter face of a cutter body (1) by utilizing a tungsten carbide welding rod; piling up the front end face of the tungsten carbide particle surfacing welding body (2) to form a rectangular plane (3); and inlaying the carbide blades on the rectangular plane (3) according to a certain rule while piling up the rectangular plane (3), wherein the inlaying depth is larger than 1/2 of the height C of the carbide blades. The invention adopts the carbide blades with cutting edges and the staggered pattern, the cutting edges enable the cutting resistance to be less, and the cutting speed to be improved greatly; the staggered pattern forms interruption cutting, and the cuttings are shorter so as to be easier to be brought to the ground or dropped into a well bottom, so that jamming of a drilling tool is prevented, and the cutting construction is safer and more convenient. The invention provides more convenient conditions for faster and better implementation of casing pipe replacement operation under the well.
