titleOfInvention Sectional corn dipping method
abstract The present invention relates to a sectional corn dipping method, which comprises steps of purifying, preheating, dipping I, pressure releasing and liquid discharging, crushing, cyclone separation, rough grinding, peeling, dipping II, jetting, and fine grinding to obtain a crude starch milk. Compared to the method in the prior art, the sectional corn dipping method of the present invention has the following characteristics that: equipment investment is saved by 89.5%; pressure tank dipping can be completed within 2 hours so as to save thermal insulation energy consumption; with the pressure tank dipping, complete corn germ can be extracted so as to solve a problem of protein denaturation caused by high temperature corn oil pressing and provide feasibility foundation for production of high quality vegetable proteins by corn starch factories; and waste water containing sulfurous acid and proteins produced in a traditional corn dipping process is required to be evaporated to recover the proteins, while in the invention, by using air flotation and filter manners, the proteins in the solution is not recovered by using the evaporation manner, and the total use amount of the process water is reduced by 94.4%, and pressure reduction is provided for a sewage treatment system.
