titleOfInvention Method for preparing vanadium-zirconium yellow ceramic pigment by using sol-precipitation method
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing a vanadium-zirconium yellow ceramic pigment by using a sol-precipitation method. Soluble zirconium salt and vanadium pentoxide are used as raw materials. The method comprises the following steps of: adding a hot nitric acid solution of the vanadium pentoxide into a zirconium salt solution in a certain ratio, mixing uniformly, heating in a water bath, performing solation, adding aqueous ammonia to regulate the pH value of the system so that sediment is produced in the sol system, obtaining a pigment precursor by the sol-precipitation method, washing, drying, calcining, and thus obtaining the vanadium-zirconium yellow pigment. The pigment is prepared by substituting zirconium oxychloride for industrial ZrO2 and dissolving the V2O5 into acid; by the method, the activity of the raw materials is high; vanadium ions can be uniformly adsorbed to the circumferences of zirconium hydroxide hydrate colloidal particles through the sol-precipitation process; the calcining synthesis temperature is further lower than the solid-phase synthesis method; in the calcining process, a part of vanadium ions substitute zirconium ions to form a baddeleyite structural matrix; and the reaction speed is high, the pigment particles are uniform and fine, and the pigment is high in high-temperature stability and chemical stability, so the pigment has a broad market space.
