Two kinds of PTH analogue ligands are disclosed, SP PTH AAK and Aib SP PTH AAK, as proved in vitro and in vivo, it has long-effect active to PTH acceptors.Therefore, these polypeptides wherein it is expected the disease of long-effect active, such as hypoparathyroidism especially suitable for treating.Further disclose the method for preparing these analogue polypeptides. |
