abstract | The invention discloses a production method of a high-color-value capsanthin pigment, which comprises the following steps: (1) extracting capsicum granules with an extraction solvent, wherein the extraction solvent is a mixed solvent containing n-hexane and acetone in a volume ratio of 8:2; (2) filtering the extraction solution to remove impurities, thereby obtaining a filtrate; (3) concentrating the filtrate to remove the residual solvent, thereby obtaining the crude capsanthin extract; (4) instantaneously mixing the crude capsanthin extract and a pepper remover in a static mixer, wherein the pepper remover is 70 vol% ethanol solution or 75 vol% methanol solution; separating to obtain a capsanthin pigment semi-finished product; and (5) removing the residual solvent from the capsanthin pigment semi-finished product to obtain the capsanthin pigment. By adopting the extractant and pepper remover in a fixed ratio, the method ensures the crude capsanthin extract to achieve the pepper removal effect after the instantaneous mixing, so that the extraction effect is enhanced while effectively removing pepper, thereby lowering the color value loss of capsanthin; and the obtained capsanthin pigment has more stable properties. |
