titleOfInvention Anti-heeling ballast structure
abstract An anti-heeling ballast structure is used for stabilizing gravity center of a vessel body during goods lifting, loading and unloading of a multipurpose heavy lift vessel. The anti-heeling ballast structure comprises anti-heeling port N upper-edge ballast water tanks, port N lower-edge ballast water tanks, starboard N upper-edge ballast water tanks, starboard N lower-edge ballast water tanks, a ballast main pipe along a vessel shaft direction of a bilge, a plurality of anti-heeling pipes and an anti-heeling pipe control system, wherein the anti-heeling port N upper-edge ballast water tanks, the port N lower-edge ballast water tanks, the starboard N upper-edge ballast water tanks and the starboard N lower-edge ballast water tanks are arranged on ports and starboards between rib position 56-163 respectively. Communication pipes are arranged between the corresponding upper-edge ballast water tanks and the corresponding lower-edge ballast water tanks of the N upper-edge ballast water tanks and the N lower-edge ballast water tanks. The anti-heeling ballast structure solves the problem of anti-heeling ballast operation of a 20000-ton multipurpose heavy lift vessel, and effectively utilizes the characteristic that an upper cabin and a lower cabin are communicated directly to implement anti-heeling ballast operation, thereby guaranteeing that torque generated during goods loading and unloading of the vessel is stable and guaranteeing that the vessel body is steady.
