The invention relates to the field of medicine, and discloses aminoquinazoline derivatives and their salts and their pharmaceutical preparations, which are used for regulating the activity of protein tyrosine kinase and the signal response between cells or inside cells. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutically acceptable pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds of the present invention and methods of using the compositions to treat hyperproliferative disorders in mammals, especially humans. |
