abstract | The invention discloses a full-automatic high-precision back-flushing filter comprising a shell, wherein the shell is internally provided with a rotary main shaft; one end of the rotary main shaft penetrates through a cover plate to be connected with a speed reducing motor shaft; the speed reducing motor shaft is connected with a combined speed reducing motor; the other end of the rotary main shaft is connected with a pollution discharging rotary arm; the lower end of the pollution discharging rotary arm is connected with a pollution discharging pipe; the pollution discharging rotary arm is provided with a dirt inlet; the shell is internally provided with a filtering core pipe plate and the filtering core pipe plate is provided with a plurality of filtering cores; the filtering cores are communicated with the dirt inlet; the lower end of each filtering core is inserted into the filtering core pipe plate and a sealing ring is arranged between the lower end of each filtering core and the filtering core pipe plate; a spring is arranged between the upper end of each filtering core and a cover plate; the outer wall of the pollution discharging rotary arm is connected with a rotary water pipe; the rotary water pipe is provided with a plurality of rotary radial shower nozzles; the shell is internally provided with a filtering drum and a water inlet is arranged at the outer part of the filtering drum; the filtering drum is provided with a fixed tangential shower nozzle; and the lower part of the shell is provided with a sedimentation chamber. The full-automatic high-precision back-flushing filter has the advantages of convenience in detachment, long in service life and stability in operation. |
